Welcome to the Clane Prosperous Educate Together National School Start-up Group
We are a group of local parents dedicated to the establishment of an Educate Together Primary School in the Clane/Prosperous area in Co. Kildare.
The Department of Education and Skills (DES) has indicated that it intends to open a school in the area in the next couple of years and we want to make sure it is an Educate Together school. We do not know as yet the location of the school - this will be determined by the DES.

We're holding a startup group meeting on Wednesday October 19th, 2011 in the Westgrove Hotel, Clane at 7:30pm.
The aim of the meeting is to decide on our next steps to try to achieve an Educate Together school in our area. Amy from Educate Together will be attending.

We're holding our first group meeting for 2011 on Thursday 27th of January.
As usual it's starting at 7:30pm in the raised area of the bar in the Westgrove Hotel, Clane. All are welcome to come along. Amy Mulvihill, regional development officer from Educate Together, will be attending.

Unfortunately, due to the continuing bad weather we've had to cancel this week's group meeting.
Next meeting will probably be in the new year - keep an eye on our facebook page and this website for details.

Educate Together to Launch School Pre-Enrolment in Clane
